Places for dry sinus/respitory..... (cold, costs, humidity, problems)

Seems I need to avoid the cold dry winters and dry furnace heat during winter months...considering relocation....don't mind heat, exessive humidity
may keep me inside but better than bed riddn during winter months in north east....
any ideas?... south east...other...

also will need to consider housing costs and job opportunities for masters
degree in physc.
