My father was diagnosed with a JPA in 1993 and treated with radiation. A recent MRI shows 'changes' for the first time in these 15 years. I recall being told that there was essentially an 'empty shell' left after the radiation was complete. I also remember that the shell could possibly fill with fluid in the future. What are the chances of a recurrence of his JPA vs. the 'fluid-filled shell"? Also, what is the treatment for removal of said fluid? Thank You for any help
