Blood is very scarce this time of year.
My dad had blood cancer, needed blood every other day.
There were times he had to wait for blood, for someone sick to begin with, having to wait half a day was the pits.
For anyone thinking of donating but having problems with wondering who is getting it; if you want it to specifically go to kids or cancer patients
Check your local cancer center if there is one.
Check your local childrens hospital.
You might be able to donate directly.
