I never needed to worry about this until after I turned 50! Now I am doing my own "tummy tuck" by exercising and dieting! Oh, tummy tuck sounds painful!

Cant do that my stomach muscles have seperated, I could get a hernia from situps I have been told It wont go away.!!! Four kids really did a number, especially my first who weighed 10.5 pounds.
I had the procedure ten years ago and I would do it again in a heart beat. I never had children, but weight loss/gain/loss left me looking 4 months pregnant with a hanging tummy (don't mean to be gross).
I had the tummy tuck, muscles tightened and lipo. I waited so long to have this procedure and my only regret was waiting as long as I did. Because I am healthy, non-smoker, etc. I recovered very quickly - the whole procedure and recovery was painless.
I am happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have re the procedure. I also had my eyes done.
Go for it and be happy - most important find a reputable surgeon.
i live in nyc but i'm sure you could find in your area to its started to become pretty common they just give you like a shot and its supposed to work within 4 weeks
Best friend had a tummy tuck and saw defined abdominals for the first time since her kids were born years ago. During pregnancy (it only takes one) her abdominal muscles had separated creating a big bloated look overall, even though she didn't have much saggy skin. The abdominals are encased in what doctors refer to as an "onion skin", so they tighten that casing, which pulls the muscles back into place where they belong. That is how she is now able to see a six pack! YOu see optimal results if you lose as much of your excess weight as possible, and THEN have the surgery.
I had one and would do it again in a heartbeat! Got a new belly button too!
