Thyroid sufferers; what meds are you on?
I was diagnosed (finally) last July w/ hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue.
They've got me on Nature Throid 2 grains once/day, cortisol, and a boat load of vitmains & minerals. They also suggested the yeast free/candida diet, which has really shown results.
I was on Armour when I first started out, but about 2 months in they said Armour was no longer making the .5 grain tablets and switched me to Nature Throid.

I take levothyroxine 150 mcg daily. Are you under the care of an MD?

I am... I know some people think he's a 'quack', but they're the only practice that would diagnose my symptoms; reaction to medication was almost immediate! I went to Dr. Steven F. Hotze's HWC in Katy, TX. Dr. Hotze himself isn't my doctor, another in the practice is.

That is a lot of meds...I too am on levothyroixine (sp...sorry)
Works just fine.

I have the same Thyroid disorder as you and I take Cortef,Synthroid,Growth hormones,Testostorone........I know alot. I was never told to have a yeast free diet though....something I'll have to look in to. and I was diagnosed as a child!!
