I know that's there's some health nuts out there like me who know about an low sugar Hot Chocolate/Cocoa brand sold in the grocery stores. I want to drink more of it as it's wintertime and also the Cocoa has lots of antioxidents but i always see it with too much sugar in it.

Any suggestions??

Do you make your cocoa with milk 6/3?

You could get some of that 70% or 90% dark chocolate and melt it into some warm milk. I'm fairly sure most of that has lower sugar content.
