It's really dependent on a few things though - indoor vs outdoor, humid vs dry, and activity level...
I could sweat in 70's & humid if I'm running around like a nut!

I just don't mind sweating at ALL! I'm used to it - & it makes me feel ALIVE!
No movement, dry, outdoors - 100's...
When I exercise indoors & it's in the upper 70's - indoors - it takes me about 10-15 mins of nicely vigerous (sp?) activity to break a sweat.
Walking a few miles on a 10-25% incline (treadmill) will make me sweat balls!
At that point, I don't think temp matters...!
