Back Aches and Pains/Muscle Soreness
I have played competitive tennis my whole life and recently have suffered the consequences. I have been reading into the process of acupressure as a natural solution to back/neck/joint pain and bought my first Prickly Pad matt to try it out. Acupressure rocks! Does anyone have any more information about new routines/tips on how to use the mat? I love my 15 minutes a day but I have heard it can be used to correct posture, etc. What positions should I try to have it focus on that issue? Thank you so much for your help!
