So please if you don't know much about the subject, read a little more, see the diagram that I posted.
SMG=Glutamate= Nature= everything has it(at least everything that has DNA)
Also you said you were a chemist, so if you really are a chemist you can tell me the meaning of an ion bond, and what happens to ion bond in water.
Also have you look at glutamate and SMG that I have posted. Seriously...

I see that a chemist couldn't even explain to me what a ion bond is or what his relation to water.
I don't have an office, I am an attending at a hospital. If you go that hospital you have no choice.

Eating out is a hazard if its done any more than two or three times a week. Its impossible to control where your food comes from or how they cook it. The motto for all businesses in a capitilistic society is make as much money and spend as little as possible. Spending very little and eating healthy doesn't work.

Even water can kill you, that doesn't mean is bad for you.
Even the sun can kill you, that doesn't mean is bad for you.
Even sugar can kill you, that doesn't mean is bad for you.
Everything in life can kill you. that doesn't mean that everything in live is bad for you.

Of course one has a choice. Even at a hospital, a patient can request another doctor. Also, any patient can refuse any treatment that a doctor suggests, much to the chagrin of some doctors I have dealt with (and fired) in the past. I have received particularly bad advice from ER doctors, and know many other people who have, too, to the point that I would avoid the ER unless my life depended on it.

If the hospital only has one attending, I guess you are out of luck.
Pt can always refuse treatment (except for some certain circumstances).
I am not a ER doctor.
