I just have to say that being a child of the 60's, I have known people who have smoked pot for over 40 years. I have never heard of one single person who has been in an accident, popped their brain cells, become dysfunctional, ended up with lung cancer, gone insane, withered away, or anything else you want to mention. In fact, it just seems less of a problem than alcohol all across the board.
Recent reports have even come out suggesting it may help stop lung cancer tumor growth.
I consider most stuff I read propaganda BS. I'm sure the drug, alcohol and tobacco companies would just hate for pot to be legal.

This thread is a good example of THC's effect on the brain, kind of sad actually when the neurons die.

Please any link of your report?
They actually can't wait until is legal, marijuana is a multimillion dollar industry and they can't wait to take a bite out of it.

I just saw a great documentary on Marijuana...called, The Union: The business behind getting high"
There are many other documentaries some even done by the history channel and the discovery channel.
whats really funny is that if you look at why they arrested Tommy chong...it was because he let a pipe company put his face on its pipes...he didnt even sell them or make them...The only reason he plead guilty is because the US District Attorney threatened to harass his children and wife...they issued a $12 million reward for his capture...$12 million...really for making a movie and smoking pot? he didnt sell it or grow it when he was arrested.

It's really no different than alcohol's (ethinol) effect on the brain.
Believe it not, there are pot smokers who smoke responsibly. One or two joints a day would be similar to an alcoholic or someone in a great deal of pain. Those I've known who have smoked, may have taken one single hit, once every day or two at the most. Like having a glass of wine.
I don't wish to advocate the use of pot, but I do believe some things are blown out of proportion. Perhaps you are of the mindset that all pot smokers are like Cheech & Chong in their 1978 movie, "Up in Smoke".

one thing I have noticed about topics like these...is that the side that is against it is always from an outside looking in view...they have never tried it and have a bias opinion on people who use it

Isn't that something. I saw that documentary. This is so similar to the John Lennon FBI files.
That's our government at work. I think their neurons died.
