Medical Tourism....surgery in a foreign land. Need recommendations...... (heart, insurance, how to)

We are wanting information on going to a foreign country (India? Mexico? Chech Republic? Thailand?) for a medical procedure......I know many people are doing it and saving thousands of dollars by doing so for procedures that are not covered by insurance (in our family members' case, in vitro fertilization). We would like to connect with a reputable company who specializes in these services.

Any recommendations or ideas about how to coordinate these services safely will be appreciated.
