The research has been done. It's not ony in the Journals but my physician and brother in law have been following this idea for YEARS.

And you obviously know nothing about vitamin D. If you took the time to look into it for even a minute you would find this information to be true.
I find it interesting how you seem to be an expert on everything.

I find it interesting how you see that!

I know alot about a few things. I limit myself to commenting on all those things.

That is why you don't see me on every thread just trying to make an appearance

I work with doctors. I myself am very intersted in nutrition and natural medicine and have taken classes and attended seminars and read many books on the subject. My family has 3 chiropractors and 6 nurses. We all participate in extended breastfeeding, I have many gay and transgendered friends/acquaintances.

Those are the topics I comment on. I don't believe myself to be an expert I am just very interested in the subjects and obviously know a bit more about some of them than others

Here is a piece of the info

Vitamin D Research | Obesity

The doctors at the nursing home I work at use articles from this site regularly when passing out info to residents and their families.

They also have a huge library open to everyone which includes copies of pages of medical journals.

Have you read these publications? NONE OF THEM states that vitamin D deficiency is found in obese people. There is ONE paper that says that plasma concentrations are lower, but it does NOT say that these obese people are vitamin D deficient. There is a big difference.

I'm done here. You'll not be convinced and will continue to believe in this nonsense.
