I hear ya. I think it's the humid and hot weather. If it were dry heat, it would probably dry out one's skin. But yeah, I get bumps on my forehead - I think it stems from the constant sweating maybe?
I mean, it's hot, muggy, ugghh. Then I get acne. I wash my face and bathe every day. But I still break out.
It may be the toxins in your body being flushed by the sweating and the constant face washing that is causing it. Something good may be happening for you but it can look bad for a while. I would reevaluate your diet as well. Just a thought
I do. When I sleep my face is always on my arm, and I get pimples where my skin was touching. It happens everytime it is hot when I go to bed due to sweat.
I have 3 sons between 16-22 (thanks for the condolences) and all have acne and it is always worse in summer. Between the heat and sweating and being outside they get more blackheads and pimples, especially on their backs where they sweat a lot as well.
I haven't had acne in over 30 years...lol....but I've noticed in this hot, humid weather I have been getting pimples on my back. Hubby will wash my back for me (he does it so much better than I do...lol). I wonder if using a walnut scrub on my back would be a good idea???
