Nothing much...not really stockpiling anything at the moment, have on hand the usual supplements and favorite pantry items...

If reports about flu start changing, we'll supplement our camping supplies, especially camp stove fuel and candles, and add a few more vitamins, minerals and easy fixings for camping-type meals...beans and rice and such...

And I always have a nice little pile of unread books for those down times...

100% Cranberry juice helps prevent viruses from adhering to your cells and causing complications.

Black elderberry tincture. I should add cranberry juice. I do have a lot of homemade cranberry sauce.

But most of all distance. If it strikes in the Fall I will be in the woods most of the time trapping, away from people. Staying well away from sick people and out of crowded places will be the best protection. Being a historian I am familiar very well with the Plague in the Middle Ages and the urban areas had substantially higher death rates from it. That has been true up to the present day. Staying away from people is the best protection.

Default Make your own Elderberry tincture.

BLACK ELDERBERRY TINCTURE RECIPE

1) Into a clean quart jar, add 1 cup dried elderberries (Must be Sambucus nigra)
2) Now fill to top with vodka. Put lid on tight. Label and date your jar.
3) Store in a dark cupboard and shake every few days.
4) Let it sit for at least 30 days before you strain it.
(You can also use it without straining and it will just continue to get stronger)

Dosage: At the first sign of cold or flu, take 1 teaspoon four to five times daily during infections.

Or, get people to stay away from you - garlic helps in that regard.

Can I forget all the other crud and just stick with the vodka?

Just the basics.
The thing is if you've got [couple of bars of .9999 silver and a colloidal silver generator] you won't be needing the rest, although this could come in handy [25 gallons red wine], but I'd be exchanging that for bourbon for myself . And the sardines would work better than a 'quarantine' sign hanging on your front door to keep people away .

I once had need to clear a courtroom, so I had for breakfast the following:

Four raw eggs

2 tbs Brewer's yeast

3 tbs Lecithin

10 grams vitamin C

3 ground up cloves of garlic

one can of sardines

Refried beans

2 tbs Cod Liver Oil

And for the detonator - 30 drops of tobasco

Beat that!
