I think we all know that America needs to lose weight, but are there other things? Vitamins or teas we should drink?

I learned that women should drink red raspberry leaf tea (it must have that full title) to help their cycle.

I also think that allowing your body to rid itself of an illness like a flu or cold is better than taking medicine. Within a day or two of taking echinacea, I always feel better. I've gone years without medicine!

Exercise is a must, a person can diet all they want, and that is a big part of the total package, but a person must maintain or build muscle mass. That can only be accomplished thru exercise. Muscle Mass forces the body to burn calories even when we are not exercising or being active.

Default Dont eat Trans fat!

I'm sure your noticing this on many labels. Trans Fat is very bad for you, just type that into google.com and you will see.

Also stop eating the fast food garbage. good ole homemade meals are the way to go.

Use Extra Virgin olive oil instead of the clogging Butter!

Watch your salt intake.

Lower the stress.

And yes exercise for sure.

Postiveone, you bring up a good point about stress. I wonder if I really pay attention to the health risks of stress.

Eat natural, organic if you can and stay away from fast food. Exercise and daily walks which also helps you meet your neighbors.

Yes Organic if possible for sure. WWW.Drweil.com (broken link) is a cool site on health.
