Thought that i'd pass this along as i was reading about one of the top antiaging physicians on the Biggest Loser show who gave his list of the top antiaging foods.

Fruits - Pomegranates, blueberries, plums, and purple grapes (think color purple).

Vegetables - Tomatos, squash, spinach and other green leafy vegetables.

Whole Grains - Oats, whole wheat, bulgar and brown rice

Healthy Fats - Salmon, flax, walnuts, seaweed, watercress and olive oil

Legumes - Beans, peanuts, lentils and peas

All Nuts and Seeds - Contain Phytosterols

Tea and Cocoa - Contain Polyphenols

Spices and Herbs - Cinnamon, turmeric, oregano, garlic, ginger and mint

Thanks for the list. While it is not nutritionally relevant, lets also add "don't bake yourself to a brown crisp at the tanning bed" to the list.

EWG's FoodNews :: Shopper's Guide to Pesticides

Make sure those grapes are american or organic. Imported grapes are pesticide heavy. Eating bug poison is generally not good for you. ;P

Kale also has a heavy load of pesticides.

Salmon is the only meat on the list, so to slow aging you should avoid meat.
