Default Milk Craving

Does anyone here crave milk? I seem to only want to drink it and can't get enough.. Does it mean that I am missing something in my diet? I used to get like this when I was prego but I tested and it isn't the case this time.

I think I get plenty of fat in my diet.. I think I eat plenty of things in calcium in them. Just not sure.. maybe it is a normal thing and I shouldn't worry about it.

Sometimes cravings = allergy / intolerance.
It's just a thought ... maybe a possibility.
I remember when i was little i craved milk like crazy.
I'd get up in the morning and have my mom pour me a huge glass of milk, i'd guzzle it down and then feel really sick.
Next morning ... same thing ... for years.
Now, you couldn't get me to drink a glass of milk if you paid me and i know, now that have some awareness / objectivity that i don't tolerate dairy well.
I sometimes wonder if i was lactose intolerant when i was a kid but this was the late 60's early 70's and people weren't as hip to that issue.
How do you feel after you drink milk?

I feel fine.. I have always liked it but recently it is the only thing that actually tastes good to me..

If you feel fine after drinking it and you aren't experiencing excess mucous and aren't having bowel issues, i'd say. for what it's worth, drink it all you want.
What other nutrients are in milk besides calcium?
And maybe it's an emotional thing ... a comfort "food".

Pica. By definition.

FWIW, overdosing on one food is an almost sure way to DEVELOP a food intolerance to it.

I get cravings for certain things too. Sometimes when bored I go and look them up and see what that crave food is rich in. For milk:

"Very high in calcium
High in phosphorus
High in riboflavin
High in vitamin B12"

Calories in Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

I have been "craving" and drinking milk for 70 years, and will continue to do so until I die, which probably will not be any time soon.

I only drink whole milk with no rSTB added.

That tasteless, watered down, 2% and fat free milk is just a profit motivated plot by the dairy industry to give less and charge more.
I want my milk with the cream that it's supposed to have.

I wish I could get, directly from the farmer, pure unprocessed milk from naturally raised, organically fed cows.

But currently, logistics makes that impractical.
