Read the beginning of the thread. FSC stands for "fire-safe cigarette". By the way, I am a non-smoker. It's a public forum. Don't wish to be rude, and I'm glad you folks have had a chance to have a good discussion about this, but anyone has the right to post as long as they are not violating the TOS. I've found the thread interesting.

People violate TOS on this site every day...thank you for not doing so; and on a "smoking" thread no less.

Extra chemicals were added to the paper to make them safer. Safer = more opportunity to burn things. That's really safer; sure! If you are smoking them you really should do some research and figure out what you are smoking. Everything you put in your body pays you back in one way or another.

Got some new reputation for one of my posts in this thread so I'm going to update y'all!

That husband that wouldn't quit, tried several times unsuccessfully to switch to vape when he was having trouble breathing. When we moved to SC he was using one inhaler, and that turned into 2 and then 3. July 2, 2015 he was diagnosed with a massive tumor on his kidney with metastasis to his lungs. He died just 20 days later. There is no doubt in my mind FSC contributed to his needing many inhalers but he just couldn't quit. I've been smoke free now for over 6 years and I'm starting to watch my smoker friends and relatives succumb to cancer. Give them up while you still have life left in you!
