I always thought that Grains were good for you? wheat bread entirely bad for your acne and weight?

Grains are good for you, but if you are allergic to gluten then it is the glutenous content of grains and breads that cause you to break out and have an allergic reaction to them (weight gain + acne). A friend of mine in Phoenix went to the doctor because she discovered she was gluten intolerant just this year, and she's 27. It's too bad because she has permanent scars on her face and chest as a result.

There's going to be a rainbow of suggestions from taking cod liver oil to taking minocycline for rosacea... it could even be what or how you shave (like me, I switched to shaving soap bars that you foam up yourself, did wonders for my neck), there's just so many things that can be causing your outbreaks you have to see a second dermatologist to get a second opinion, go see a person who can analyze what allergies to food you have, and also ask your grandparents if you can what they did ... it's likely genetic.
