As a Certified Wellness Coach, I would certainly do a thorough evaluation of any clients' medical history and diet as it relates to any symptoms. I have never had any problems with my blood sugar. I do not exhibit these symptoms at any other time (between meals, when meals are delayed, etc.) so I have no reason to suspect that the issue is blood-sugar related. In fact, since receiving my training and certification I have adopted a much healthier lifestyle and eating habits and many previous diet-related issues have been resolved.

I have been so laughingly misdiagnosed in my distant past by conventional doctors, I have no faith in their ability to do anything except line their pockets with my hard-earned money. YMMV

And yet you yourself stated previously in this thread that you don't eat breakfast and sometimes don't even eat until 3pm?! That's just plain ignoring nutrition/diet 101 isn't it?!

I had this problem years ago.
It was something to do with my gall bladder.
I was having a blockage.
I took Lecithin to dissolve the stones and have not had any problems since.

Are you able to eat a lot more, or do you find that after a few bites you are not able to eat more?
