If you aren't prone to forming stones you can eat spinach and kale until it comes out of your ears and you won't form kidney stones...

Cola drinks are much worse than spinach. Seriously, if you think you might be prone to kidney stones the first thing you really need to do is drink more water, sometimes add lemon juice to the water, and completely stop drinking cola.
