WELLESLEY, Mass. (AP) - Wellesley school officials said several staff members at an elementary school had to be taken to the hospital after being injected with insulin rather than the swine flu vaccine. Superintendent Bella Wong said no students were ever in danger at Friday's vaccine clinic for staff at Schofield Elementary School and all the people who got the wrong shot have recovered.

Spare us! This has nothing to do with "state run healthcare"...

Funny, and here I was just lamenting that our public school system is without a school nurse since there's no $$$ in the budget anymore...

Proof that the nursing instructors need to be paid more.

This was the whole reason I didn't allow my kids to be immunized by the school nurse, mistakes happen, at least at my doctors office, if God forbid this happened he would be there. I understood the reasons for mass innoculations in the schools, just didn't agree with them.

Something is wrong with that picture!!!!!!! If the parents brought in insulin for their child(ren), wouldn't that be CLEARLY LABELED with the CHILD"S name on it I don't know about you all but giving insulin to people who do not need it can cause irreversable damage to the pancreas, right? Let's read between the lines folks...can you say experimentation with the public.
