I have always had a lean body. I also look younger for my age. I know lots of people in my age bracket (early 30's) who look like they are in their 40's. It may be genetics. My mother is 56, but looks years younger too. She is also 1/2 Cherokee Indian.
Ok, I'm done bragging on myself. But I've been told that I have very well defined legs and thighs.
I also exercise regularly, do not smoke, always have a good book to read, and eat healthy (well most of the time).

Good for you!
When my grandmother discovered she had colon cancer, although fatigued from the chemo, she still dressed up and looked her best. The cancer already spread too much however, but we think her positive outlook kept her alive longer than expected.

Let's see.. I think my eyes. Not that everything else isn't pretty good (after all, I'm not 30 any more...h**l, I'm not even 40 anymore!) LOL
All in all, I'm pretty happy with the whole package. Except maybe the belly. And my teeth.

God Bless You Lilybell - great attitude!
On the outside; I like my eyes, my skin, my ears (they don't stick out like so many of my relatives ears, even thought I think their ears are cute like little mice ears), my straight teeth (although I'm dealing with something weird with them now), the way my body responds to exercise by becoming slimmer and more energetic, and of course, my enormous boobs (that a lie, but it was fun typing it).
On the inside; strong heart, low blood pressure, great immune system. So far so good.

I like my eyes, the first thing my husband said when he met me was that I have pretty green eyes.

Well...I'm shorter than I should have been. Apparently I was born missing a lower vertabrae. But I like being 5'7". It's the perfect height. I have an overly large tongue. Long and thick. I like that. My hair is very fine, like baby hair. I like that. And Big Ed...he's ok too I guess.

I have a lean body.
I can eat anything I want like an NFL linebacker and not worry about gaining more than 10 pounds without eventually working them off.
I love it!

I've always been happy with my body. I've never had to do anything for it either. I was just blessed with good genes.
