how often do you get sick? (allergy, cold, vitamins, stomach)

Good question. I used to get the full blown out flu once a year, but I've been lucky the past two.
I start taking allergy pills when that starts acting up to avoid those problems.

Colds, maybe once a year.

Flu, almost never. I've been getting flu since '86, which work very well for me. I've had the flu maybe 4 times in all those years, and some of those knocked me on my a--.

I do think I have low-grade allergies most of the year, including winter. Could be mold-spores, considering where I live.

Not a single cold or flu for two years. Sniffles once in a while. I place part of the credit on Epicor, which we take daily and are planning on doing so for the est of our lives.

I'm generally in great health. I did get that nasty stomach virus going around about a month ago. Since then, it seems to come and go at will. It will pass soon though. Then life will be normal again.

Very seldom. I drink milk kefir every day which is also an immune system stimulant.

Very interesting,,,,, milk kefir! I’m going to have to check that out. I do take yogurt from time to time.

I don’t get sick; maybe get a cold once every couple of years. I do agree with keeping the immune system working at 99.99% helps. Mrs Aks makes sure I get all of the “natural” vitamins and minerals needed. Keeping healthy is easier then trying to correct issues that occur.

How often do I get sick? Hmmm... well, a lot of people tell me I'm a sick person, but for different reasons...

I usually get sick every time I eat whatever I cook...

Seriously, I'll get a cold once a year, but thankfully, this year I was lucky, I never got anything.
