Pinch the top of your hand, if the color takes a bit to fill back in, you're a bit dehydrated.
I felt the same way, if I stood up, I threw up,also dizzy, and had a massive pain in my stomach, so much to which I would moan/scream/yell everytime it flared...
I'd suggest going to a doctor if you feel this bad again, haven't read further, but I was dismissed from 1 hospital with "bad gas" after they gave me morphine, then told me they were giving me something stronger because the pain was worsening...
The next day (about 2 hours later, we left the city hospital at 4 am, got back at 6, left at 8 for the next hospital) I was screaming again, threw up,and vommitted all the way to the hospital..
Apparantly I had a viral infection of the stomach.
Know it's not a "great" subject to talk about, but if you've had diareha, you DO need to go, but might be constipation..?
Ahh, see tey thought mine was my appendix too.
