Friend told me Patries is one of the worst things you can eat. as he said it was refined and loaded with sugar. he said he would eat a burger before he would a honey bun or a cinnamon roll.

Pork is bad for you I hear because of Pigs are dirty feeders. I wonder what it does inside of you. does it spike your blood sugar levels? Im trying to cut these out of my diet for good. doing well thus far.

Hey, does'nt everyone know how bad pastries are for you? Yeah, but they're just sooooooo tasty aren't they? Pork, well, if ya gotta eat some, make sure ya cook your pork to 170 degrees F all the way through. If ya don't, you could get trichinosis. Hey, ya don't want little worm eggs to get into your muscles and hatch, do ya??

Yuck!!

I do eat pork, but not terribly often, because it tends to cause more problems than other meats.

Burgers I will eat, no problem. Yum!

Pastries, yeah, those are pretty bad for you. Can't think of anything redeeming. I can't eat them anyway; I can't have wheat. I don't really miss them. It's been years and I remember feeling really really bad after just one. Maybe that was the wheat though

Pork is a fatty meat, so compared to leaner red meats such as beef or lamb, it has a higher fat content.

The best pastries are made with lard. I believe its crystalline molecular structure gives them the flaky crust. It has no double bonds and that is not good. And it comes from Pork. Most of the pork people eat comes in the form of Bacon, Ham, and Sausage. It’s hard to resist the triple threat of Sugar, fat and Salt In these pork products. You should eat them only as a seasoning for other foods, the way they were meant to be eaten.

Everything in moderation.

People these days talk of healthy eating, but come on, do people really take it seriously? lol. of course not.

Look at it this way. Most still frequent KFC, Subway, McDonalds, etc. Rates of obesity and being overweight are still high. And if there is this great trend towards healthy eating, why no chains selling readily available healthy food? Why no healthy eating KFC-type restaurant? Coke and Pepsi still sell in a big way, and i bet most of this revenue is in the all-sugar traditional types, not diet Coke or Coke Zero.

I would seriously eat very little of both but I guess if I had to eat one or the other I would pick pastry Neither food is ideal for healthy eating and I could do without any pork at all but a little pastry is needed
