Yes, Jacob Waltz.

They never found out where his mine was so they called it "The Lost Dutchman's Mine"
Not as much effort was put into this one looking for the treasure as there was for Victorio Peak and Oak Island. They drilled so many holes on Oak Island I'm surprised the island didn't sink.
