What if someone from the upper paleolithic happened to survive to today? (years, why)

While not possible, say someone from the upper paleolithic; say 14,000 years managed to live from them to today, never worrying about death, disease, etc. do you think they would end up being basically all-knowing or while most certainly well experienced in a number of things, not that more experienced in others?
