I don't even understand what is so contentious about the OP's question.
It's not one I know a lot about but it is one I'm curious about. There are countries that have forced male athletes into doing this?

And as soon as the Olympics began checking their sex those female athletes dropped out of the Olympics thus confirming some people’s suspicions about their true sex. |
