OK, Casey Jones  
I was going for the Albigensian Crusade, of which the seige of Beziers was one of the battles. The Crusade lasted from 1209-1229. The Cathers were the Heretics that Pope Innocent III was out to destroy. I have heard the quote attributed to him also...but of course he was not at the battle...So you are "righter" than me one that point
