Harding, Taft, Hayes, Garfield, Grant and McKinley were born in Ohio too. Although born in Ohio, I think Harrison was a senator from Indiana. So Harrison would have been elected "from" Indiana, as Obama, born in Hawaii, was elected "from" Illinois.
