I don't believe things would be THAT much different.

The slavery would perhaps be abolished a bit earlier, but given the importance of the cotton trade, and the inevitable stiff resistance of the Southern provinces, this could drag on and on and on until some compromise could be reached.

The Alaska would not be bought from Russia, but likely annexed during the Crimean War.

Texas and Southwest in general - no idea how it would end. Spanish Empire was falling apart and England was certainly not too hesitant to grab some lands from it. It's possible that, having a common border with Mexico, Britain would encourage some of the break away Spanish colonies during and after Bolivar to go under the British rule while retaining some autonomy. Or maybe not.

French colonies in NA would be taken one way or another, during Napoleonic wars or even before.

Even if the American Revolution did not win, it would most likely result in major changes in how the colonies were being represented and administered, to avoid yet another uprising. The British were most certainly not stupid, and putting down a rebellion in a white, Anglo-Saxon Protestant colony with excessive repressive force would not be their way of doing things. They would likely hang some Revolutionary leaders, make peace with others, and allow American representation in the British Parliament.

I think the biggest difference would be in the immigration policies throughout the XIX and early XX century. I don't know if the British would allow such a massive immigration to happen. I think Canada was in a far bigger need of people yet the scale of immigration seem to have been much less.

I will have to disagree and say America would be a much different place, especially
in the period up until about 50 years ago. From then on, modern pressures would
change America the same way they have changed the United Kingdom. However,
we wouldn't have the massive waves of immigration that characterized and shaped
this country in the 19th and early 20th century. The aristocracy and wealthy upper
class of Britain would own it, if they could keep it, as Britain basically had a caste system.
For all we know, the American West might have been turned into a penal colony and
the slave population repatriated.
I would also suggest that the French Revolution might not occur, which would
significantly strengthen France who with Spain and others could successfully
hold or even take much of the continent from British hands.

The French Revolution did not happen because of the American Revolution, although they did observe it. There were internal issues causing it. And the American Revolution was in reality not a Revolution but a successful separatist movement with some revolutionary ideas. In the end, the American system still had more in common with the British Parliamentary monarchy than with the French Revolutionaries. The entire court system, the way government funds were appropriated was closely based on the English system, and the Bill of Rights is unmistakenly inspired by Magna Carta. In a way, the young US was Britain v2.0.

Well one this is for certain, slavery would have ended much sooner and the while racism would have taken a similar path as it did in England itself or the Caribbean islands there would not have been the same legal segregation that was imposed upon African Americans.
