American Colonies vs England.
South vs North - mainly thinking of the US but this could probably be applied to a lot of areas of the world.
Not all are "constant" rivalries but pretty historic, if you ask me.

Indeed, I think the same thing. People and what they do are as much a part of nature as anything else is. Actually it's impossible for anything to be unnatural.
