Model subway sets (train, buy, price, cheap)

Hi, im new to this site, and i would like to know if anyone owns model subway sets and price of it and if they know a place where its cheap to buy them

I guess that would make your model train layout a bit cheaper... you would only have to do the subway stations.

I don't think I've ever seen one before though, but it doesn't sound too difficult to mod run of the mill model train stuff to get there, if you have some talent in that hobby.

I have never seen an actual set for sale but I have seen the individual cars for sale as well as Long Island Railroad cars and locomotives. Again never a complete set with track and transformer.
