I'm another Sudoku junky

Wouldn't matter to me if it did or didn't improve the brain, I for one enjoy having something like Sudoku's to do on my down time, they are fun to do, IMO. I find doing them relaxing & fun. Some find fishing, hunting, bowling, dancing, crocheting, knitting, jigsaw puzzles, cross word puzzles -- you name it, etc....... fun or relaxing, does it necessarily have to stimulate the brain in such a way that it has to improve the brain? I for one like to chill out once in awhile to relax with something fun to do.
