I was wondering if I could do a lampshade without it being a fire hazard? The cat broke my perfect lampshade for my favorite lamp and I can't find another one to suit me. But I have some lace with flowers and I found some small glass flowers that I could attach with a colored glass bead in the center for the light to come through. I just never decoupaged anything and don't have a clue if it can be done.

LED bulbs don't get as hot as incandescents, but I wouldn't glue anything to the bulb itself.
