I used to run a boff group (Like LARP but focused strictly on combat).
It boomed when I was in high school, but slowly faded away. Every year or two after graduation, somebody would try to bring it back and it would last a few months, then fade away again. I was the last one, and decided to let it go for good once COVID shut down the world. I wasted far too much time and money trying to bring it back.
Is this something that people tend to do in school, and give up after graduation?
Or is it that it's just becoming less popular in general?
