I think of Minnesota as a poor man's Michigan. I went walleye fishing their last spring and had a blast but everything you find in Minny you find bigger and better in Michigan. Minnesota nowhere on earth is the fishing so great? What about Michigan, we have the Great Lakes for christ sake. People from Minny like to talk about their 10,000 lakes most people don't know Michigan actually has 11,000 not to mention the Great Lakes. Also on the first day of rifle season school is canceled in Michigan if that tells you anything about how serious we take our hunting.

here in michigan we have lots of whitetail in pierson. so many you can shoot at a group of them with a 30 year old muzzleloader, miss on and hit another one in the head (my dad) . we see 150-200 deer a night. but the economy is so bad here.

Shhhhhhh !
We don't have any of that in MT... nothing to see here but a few skunks, some rodents and range cattle you can't hunt. Forget about MT !
