Default Help fixing a painting

I bought an original abstract painting and it got damaged by FEDEX. It is a wooden frame painted with black and metallic colors like golden , silver grey and light green. Can somebody please help me choosing the type of paint which I can use on the wood and which can easily mix with existing colors on the frame. I know I can not restore the painting completely but I can touch up a bit and make it slightly better than what it is currently. Please give me the name of the company and where is it available.

Thanks

Since the frame already has metalic high lights how about adding some more with Rub n Buff. Rub n Buff is a metalic wax that comes in a tube. It has around 20 colors. Not just silver and gold.

Use an artist brush etc to cover up the damage and to add some other high lights to balance everything out.

You can get it at most craft stores. Ive seen it at Michaels and Jo Anns. Heres a random on line site.

I already did with a clear instruction to pick up the painting for inspection to the local facility and return it to me. FEDEX sent it back to the shipper and denied the claim saying that now we have to deal with the shipper regarding this as per FEDEX's policy.. It took us almost 20 days to find the shipper and convince him to send the painting back to us. When we received it back, it was in worst condition!!!!!

Thanks for replies.
