Any car enthusiatists here?
I am looking to purchase a new Chevy Camaro as a car of interest for car clubs etc. The 2010 do not have converible top, but apparently the 2011 will. Can anyone share it the converible roof as to a hard roof matters for car shows, etc?

I don't think it would matter either way as long as it's a production
vehicle after that everyone has their favorite style
I'm seeing that some of the Convertible conversions from the mid
to late eighties look a bit tacky in my opinion.

Convertible or not is a personal decision. The tops last well, made of StaFast, but the soft windows go downhill quickly. Let's watch and see if they use glass instead. Convertibles are fun, but you can get more speed out of a hardtop. Convertibles usually weigh a lot more.

Hardtop or convert is a matter of personal taste. I prefer hardtops and 2 door post roofs. But the G/F I just broke up with prefers a convertible.
I know someone that prefers the look of a convertible so much he buys only converts and never puts the top down! He doesn't like to be "in the open" when in a car.

As a brand new car that's fairly readily available by the thousands to anyone who walts into a Chevy dealership, I don't think the new Camaro is really going to be a "car of interest" at car shows. When they first rolled out a few months back, they'd attract some attention at the shows because most folks hadn't seen one in person yet, but you can see them on any street corner now.

^ I have to agree... unless you plan on shelling out the dough for Hennessey's version of the Camaro.
