Default Stamps-First Day Covers
Anyone know where I can sell First Day Covers? These are stamps that have been postmarked on their first day of issue.

I have literally hundreds of them. They don't sell well on EBay.

We have a couple of local places that deal in them. Look under coins and stamps in the yellow pages.

If you can't find a buyer on eBay, you probably won't find a buyer anywhere else.

You might want to try selling them in lots, too.

Edit to add: Things like stamps, coins, sports cards, etc. are generally the last things you want to try and sell in a bad economy. Nobody buys them when they're worried about where their next meal is coming from.

Agreed: all above posters are correct. I think putting them in groups would be best: topical.

There was a time when I was addicted to topical stamps on Ebay...
