I bought this at the Mid America Science Museum around 11 years ago. I have yet to find another one. I would like some more if I could just figure out what they are called so I can search the net for one.
I don't know the name, but I've seen them as promo items and in catalogs of useless gimmicky stuff. It's the kind of thing you'd find at a novelty store.
