Although I'm a Pens fan and live in the Pittsburgh area, I have no desire to go to the WC in person and would rather watch it on TV.
I went to the one in Buffalo, and aside from just being able to say I was part of it, it was NOT much in the way of spectating. You're just too far removed from the ice (especially if you have had season tickets at the old Igloo for years).
If someone hadn't recorded the game for me back home, I'd never have known much about what actually happened on the ice during the game.
That said....it was an "experience" and I suppose if I hadn't seen one in person already, then I'd probably like to see this one.
Thanks for the feedback! I was at the Steelers game on sunday, walked to the seats that I have for the WC, actually the seats might not be too bad, not too high or too low but who knows? ??
