So congrats to Boston on winning the Cup. Now that the off-season is here we know two things. Winnipeg will have the Thrashers franchise, and Brad Richards will be on a new team.

So what do you think your team needs this off-season. Mine? Defense.

The Wild need better players period. Hawks need depth. Stars I need to look at...

Rangers need more scorers. Can't depend on Gaborik all the time, especially since he's injury prone to begin with.

Devils need to look into number one goalies. I'd like to see Cory Schneider in a Devils uni.

Islanders need to fold.

Yes, it's time to part ways but he has a year left on his contract so unless the team gets off to a horrid start he'll still be behind the bench. Eventually though I think Jeff Daniels will be moving up to coach the Canes and Mo will either take an upper level job with the Canes or with some other team.
