Let's hope he does put Crosby to shame if they end up facing the Pens in the first round.

I just watched a video of Crosby last night about how big of a whiner and diver he is. He was voted by 52% of the players in the NHL to be the biggest whiner in the league the year the poll was taken! ^^

And what year was that? IMO Crosby used to be a big whiner and cry baby. Now, not so much. He still lobbies the refs, but most players do that. Crosby has worked hard on different aspects of his game. He is still in the top 5 best players in the world. But all that still won't win him the cup this year. It is still a team game.

2-2 after 2.

Time to shut the Pens down and for Nyquist to dazzle the hockey world once again. Go home with 3 points.

Shootout was bonkers. The best in the game flaked and a fluke goal won it for Pittsburgh. You're not going to see a shootout like that again anytime soon. One for the highlight reals for sure and something fans will remember. Fun stuff.

Twenty-three years!

That was scary, but the Red Wings backed in to the playoffs for the 24th straight year! They're probably not going to get past the first round, but it was nice that they made it.

Mrazek had an epic save. Too bad he let 4 slip by. It's going to be a tough return to Tampa. Honestly, though, our Wings put up a better fight than I thought they could. I picked Tampa in 5 games in a bracket.
