The Bruins-Leafs game had me on the edge of my seat.

The hockey playoffs always do a number on my soap opera viewing but heck -- this is much better than soap operas! LOL

Pittsburgh has the big names, but Ottawa plays solid hockey all around.

So, here's my predictions for the 3 series we know about of now.

Kings in 6

Blackhawks in 7

Ottawa in 7
Now that the last matchup is in place, I say:

Bruins in 6

Round 2
West:
Chicago v. Detroit
Chicago in 6…Chicago’s depth and skill will be too much in the long run for Detroit. I do expect very fun hockey to watch.

LA vs. SJ
LA in 7…this is really tough to decide. It all comes down to a game 7 and home ice advantage for LA.

East:
Pittsburgh v. Ottawa
Pittsburgh in 7…I am not confident about the Pens goaltending, but I think the depth, skill, and experience of their skaters will carry them to the Eastern Conference finals.

NY Rangers v. Boston
NYR in 6…Like Pit v. Ott & LA v. SJ, I expect very physical and very close games. Lundquist and the coaching of Torts will be the difference.

Is anyone else sick and tired of the BS aggressive play by Raffi Torres? This guy is just dirty all around. After that ultra viscious hit against Hossa last year, he should have never been able to return. You can't fix these types of players. In any other sport they would be long gone. This one's nowhere near as dirty, but one still has to wonder.... The hearing has a five game suspension hanging in the balance.

Raffi Torres faces another hearing

Torres is kind of a punk. Wont stay in the league because of skills.

Rangers gave it up in Game 1. They were the better team for 2 periods but the B's kicked it up and changed momentum and won in OT. Well see if they can keep the emotions high.

Boston hit the post 3 or 4 times last night. It was pretty evenly matched and in the OT Boston were the more physical team and the play the goal was scored on made that point evident.
