I'm glad Vinny's finally gone - I didn't hate him personally but it wasn't a good fit and just another ludicrous contract from Homer's misguided era.
Hopefully Ghost is back in action next week.

Finally a SO win for the Orange and Black!! That was a great goaltending duel last night between Neuvirth and Mrazek.
The Flyers are slowly improving and are inching their way back into a contender once again. G, Jake and Simmer are hitting their stride at the right time. And let's beat PIT once again Thursday night!

Kings are heating up at the right time, it's going to be them, Dallas, Chicago or St. Louis (if the Blues can overcome their playoff jinx) in the Western Conference.
Flyers will be a force to be reckoned with once again in two years. We have an amazing talent pipeline coming up from the minors.
I'm happy that they made it a seven game series, but also disappointed at the same time with that final loss. I think they're getting close, just need to tweak the roster a bit.
I don't know what happened to LeCavalier this season. It looked like he didn't even show up for the play offs. I would include Hartnell not showing up either.
I was glad to hear Berube say he hopes Timonen keeps playing. I hope so too. I'm looking forward to next season...only about five months away! I'm REALLY looking forward and hoping to seeing "The Ghost" getting some play time next season.

It was well worth the wait to see Ghost play! I posted that almost 2 years ago. I am so excited in the future of the Flyers. We have a lot of talented prospects waiting for their chance to come up and play. Hextall has done an amazing job as GM.
