I agree, I wanted to put Rangers in 7, but considering Kings won all 3 series in 7 and on the road so I don't want to jinxed my favorite Rangers. Let's go Rangers !!!!!
I'm a Ranger fan and I love the way that they are playing, but if I had money to bet I'd put it on the Kings. I thought the Rangers would have a better chance against Chicago. The Rangers are not a tough or physical team. They can be pushed around and intimidated by the Kings. I think the Rangers would have lost to Boston if they had to play them too, Boston pushes them around badly. Everybody talks about the Rangers playing deep...the Kings are deeper, especially at center. The Rangers have a minor edge at defense overall, but Doughty is the best player on the ice aside from goalies.
I just think that guys like Brad Richards, Stepan,etc will not do as well against a bigger LA lineup. Montreal's defense was toast by the end of the last series also. Undermanned (Emelin out) and weren't as talented as NY in the first place.
