I usually only watch the skills competition, but it seems to bore and bore me year after year. It is something I look forward to but at the end of the night, I feel a bit bummed. The same goes for the All Star game.

Will this year be different? Probably not. I guess I will have to suffer and sit through it to find out.

The one event that tends to bore me the most is the Speed skate or whatever it's called. I'm looking forward to the event where players try and show off fancy trick goals, if you know what I'm talking about

Don't understand how Kane got the spot for the shootout competition. How do the players get selected for each competition? If it is random, I understand, but I have no idea why he got the spot over Datsyuk or Hossa, or even Nash.

I think the skills competition is fun to watch, but I get nervous that someone is going to get hurt doing the speed skate.

Out of the other 3 all-star events, I think the NHL is the best

I like the NHL all star game best of all of them. The skill competition is pretty good. You have to take it for what its worth. But what player wouldnt want to be known as the fastest or having the hardest shot? The young stars game is cool too. The only guys it stinks for are the goalies.
