So in my house the bathroom was this dingy salmon pink color, all the trim on the the bottom of the wall, the trim that is about waste high, and all the trim around the door and medicine cabinet, all colored this horrid pink color. So after doing all these repairs in the bathroom we thought we would brighten it up with some new paint, and it all went on pretty well except for the paint on the trim. I used half of the quart sized can of paint, if not more on the trim on this tiny bathroom. I think that I put at least four more layers to the decades of horrifying pinks, yellow paints that were globbed on by the previous owners. And the thing that irks me the most is that the trim and door frames in the front rooms are all finished hard wood, and every other room in the un-air conditioned house has all the window frames and windows plastered with so much paint that only a small portion of the windows can actually open.

Well thanks for reading my rant about this rental house

Just be happy the landlord allowed you to paint.
